VICTORY Announces New Arizona Facility

In order to better meet our customer's needs and sustain our continued growth, VICTORY has opened a new manufacturing facility in August 2008 in the Phoenix, Arizona area. In addition to our 120,000 sq. ft. headquarters in Batavia, Ohio, the new Phoenix facility offers the following:

A 30,000 sq. ft. facility on 5 acres with the ability to expand the operation to support future growth.

Over 1 million dollars in new manufacturing and handling equipment is being invested to ensure the 'VICTORY Quality' our customers have come to expect. The Phoenix location is being outfitted with its own in-house metal fabrication department equipped with CNC machines, brakes, sheers, folders, cutters and punches to ensure maximum flexibility and precision control.

A current crane capacity of 20 tons with a mobile crane capacity of 50 tons. An additional 40 tons of crane capacity will be added as a 2008 project.

The Phoenix location will have its own UL2085 fire-rated tank manufacturing equipment and VICTORY UL2085 trained staff.

The Phoenix facility has been designed for and operated with proven LEAN manufacturing processes developed and implemented at the Batavia Plant to optimize the quality and delivery of our products.

All sales and engineering functions will continue to be maintained at our Batavia headquarters location to ensure continuity of product, services and solutions.

Operations began in mid August 2008. Our Phoenix facility will allow VICTORY to provide better and more efficient service for our customers in this region of the country while providing reduced freight and shipping costs.
