Product Designs and Technology take Center Stage at Victory

Victory Industrial Products LLC with manufacturing facilities in Batavia, Ohio and Phoenix, Arizona is in the process of launching a complete new line of reengineered products that will allow them to continue their leadership role within the stand-by power generation industry.

Since 1985, the combination of Quality Craftsmanship, Product Design and Innovative Customized Solutions has been the hallmark of Victory Industrial Products and now they're raising the bar once again for the benefit of all of their customers. This initiative started about six months ago and is now being finalized for implementation by Victory's Engineering team. According to Victory's CEO Bob Carter, "The goal of this important initiative is to drive costs out of all of our current product designs by 15 to 25 percent, while significantly improving product performance, overall quality and bringing a more competitive value-added solution to our customers." This redesign and reengineering effort will cut across the entire line of products offered by Victory, including their UL142 and UL2085 fuel tanks, all levels of sound attenuated enclosures and also their line of high quality trailers, but they are not stopping there.

This initiative is also being driven by new technology with the introduction of Victory’s new "Silent Strength Sound Technology" for all of their sound attenuated enclosures, L1 thru L5 and High Performance. This new technology combines guaranteed sound attenuation to meet exacting industry specifications with enhanced structural integrity for maximum enclosure performance. It also allows Victory to build all of these benefits into a much smaller footprint, which translates to more reduced costs at the job site. Further complementing this innovative enclosure design is the introduction of a new standing seam roof, which guarantees 'no leaks' while providing greater structural integrity and improved serviceability.
