New Ownership added 2/15/2010

Victory Industrial Products was acquired on April 30, 2010 by The Armor Group, Inc, and has moved all sales and operations into their 307,000 sq. ft. facility in Mason, Ohio. Armor, a premier manufacturer of a variety of highly engineered metal fabricated products, has the machinery, equipment and transportation resources, as well as the experience and knowledge of the Victory employees, to meet all Victory customer needs. In 2007 Victory Industrial Products, LLC embarked on a very important initiative to implement LEAN manufacturing at their primary production facility in Batavia, Ohio.
