WHI Capital Partners with VICTORY

VICTORY was founded by Dale and Bonnie Freeman in 1985 as a specialty application trailer manufacturer.  After a modest introduction into the generator industry with the design and completion of a mobile application trailer, VICTORY soon expanded their product line by adding various accessory equipment for stand-by power generators. The business grew by way of repeat customers and referrals.

As we grew, so did our needs and responsibilities to our customers and employees.  To meet those needs we believed it would be best to partner with investors with practical experience in growing good companies into better companies.  Our principal investor, WHI Capital Partners is a Chicago-based private equity group that invests in companies that have been consistently profitable and fundamentally well-run, but which possess unrealized potential that can be unlocked with the help of financial, strategic and operational resources and expertise.
